Do I actually own the website?
Yes — 100%. Your domain is registered in your name, your hosting account is yours, and all files and content belong to you. If you ever leave, you take the entire site with you. No platform lock-in whatsoever.
What’s the difference between the setup fee and the monthly fee?
The $997 setup fee covers the full build: design, copy, local SEO structure, integrations, schema markup, and launch. The $149/month covers ongoing maintenance — plugin updates, security patches, speed monitoring, and Google Business Profile upkeep. Monthly billing starts after your site goes live.
How long does the build take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from the time we complete your onboarding intake. We move fast because we know trades — we’re not burning time asking you what a service call is.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many contractors start on Foundation, see results, and upgrade to Growth or Authority to expand their footprint. All existing pages and authority carry over.
What if I already have a website?
We review your current site on the discovery call. If it’s fixable we’ll tell you. If you need a full rebuild — which is usually the case with Jobber sites, GoDaddy builds, and most freelancer sites from 5+ years ago — we’ll walk you through exactly why.
