Yes — with an important qualifier. Jobber offers a native two-way sync with QuickBooks Online, automatically syncing invoices, payments, clients, and line items between the two platforms. However, Jobber does not support QuickBooks Desktop. Contractors still running Desktop will need to either migrate to QBO first or manage accounting separately.
