How Our Program Works
1. We Find the Customers
Through our educational content platform and marketing efforts across the Ohio Valley, we connect with homeowners actively seeking contractors for kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, and other home improvement projects.
2. We Visit Their Homes
I personally meet with each potential customer at their home. I take detailed measurements, discuss their project goals, assess their timeline, and evaluate their financing readiness. This isn’t a phone call or email—it’s a real consultation that separates serious buyers from browsers.
3. We Pre-Qualify Them
After the consultation, I know whether this customer is genuinely ready to move forward. I understand their budget, timeline, and expectations. If they’re not qualified, they don’t get referred. Simple as that.
4. We Deliver Them to You
When I have a qualified lead that matches your business, I contact you with all the details. If you want the lead, we schedule an appointment for the customer to meet you at your location. I provide you with all my measurements, drawings, notes, and everything you need to close the sale.
5. You Close the Deal
The customer arrives at your business informed, qualified, and ready to discuss their project seriously. No tire-kickers. No time-wasters. Just real opportunities.
Simple, Transparent Investment
Our program operates on a straightforward fee structure that aligns our success with yours:
Lead Referral Fee
$150
When the customer shows up at your location for their appointment, you pay a one-time $150 referral fee. This covers our marketing costs, home consultation time, measurements, and all pre-qualification work.
If the customer doesn’t show up, you owe nothing.
Sales Commission
10%
If the referred customer signs a contract with you, you pay us 10% of the gross contract value. This commission applies only to actual sales within one year of the referral.
We only succeed when you succeed.

Who I Am and Why This Works
My name is Mike, and I’ve spent over 30 years in the home improvement industry across Alaska, Washington, Colorado, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. I’ve done the work myself—HVAC installations, bathroom remodeling, kitchen renovations, and everything in between.
I know what good work looks like, and I understand both sides of the equation: what homeowners need and what contractors require to run profitable businesses.
I’m not a call center. I’m not some internet marketing company selling you “exclusive” leads that go to ten other contractors. I’m a hands-on professional who meets with each customer personally, evaluates their project in detail, and refers them to one contractor who’s the right fit for their needs.

To maintain the quality of our network and protect homeowners, all contractors must meet these requirements:

Current and in good standing for your trade
✓ Proof of Insurance
General liability and workers compensation (if applicable)
✓ Reference Verification
We check at least 3 recent customer references
